At Kalyx Umbrelis, client satisfaction and integrity are important values. The following refund policy applies to all Flow Boosting services.
Late Cancellations and Missed Sessions: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session, as well as missed appointments without prior notice, are generally non-refundable. Exceptions may be considered in cases of emergencies or exceptional circumstances.
Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take several business days to reflect depending on the payment provider.
Completed Sessions: Refunds are not available for services that have already been delivered and completed.
Cancellation by Client: Clients may cancel or reschedule a paid session with at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled appointment time. Where 24 hours' notice is provided, clients may choose to: Reschedule the session to a future date, or Request a full refund.
